At Hands Of México, we honor the rich tradition behind our artisanal medicines, crafted with care by indigenous communities. Each product is a unique creation, made with intention and respect for its ancestral roots. Due to the nature of these handcrafted items, our return and exchange policies prioritize hygiene, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
1. Personal Use Products
Our rapé is a personal use product, produced with ceremonial respect. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or handled after delivery.
2. Returns for Unopened Products
We gladly accept returns only if the product:
- Is unopened and sealed
- Retains its original packaging
- The return request is made within 5 days of delivery
After we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund or store credit based on your preference.
3. Exchanges for Shipping Errors or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different variety than requested, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Promotions and Discounts
Products purchased under special promotions (such as 3x2 offers, kits, or seasonal discounts) are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged if there was an error in shipping.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3 to 7 business days to appear, depending on the payment platform.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of logistical errors, damaged products, or incorrect shipments, where we cover the cost.
